Where can I redeem CarePass services?

CarePass benefits can be redeemed at participating ALPRO Pharmacy outlets nationwide, with selected services at specialised centres including ALPRO Audiology, ALPRO Physio and ALPRO Optisaver.

Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes. Selected services such as blood tests and vaccinations require appointment booking to ensure smooth service delivery.

Do I need to activate CarePass before redeeming?

Yes. Please activate your CarePass membership first so your benefit can be verified by the outlet or service team.

Why do some services show event sessions while others ask for a preferred date?

Vaccination and blood test services follow available event sessions. The Comprehensive Hearing Test follows the ALPRO Audiologi Touring schedule (June 2026 to May 2027), so you pick an upcoming touring stop near you. Physiotherapy collects your preferred date so the centre can arrange a suitable appointment.

Can I choose only a state when finding outlets?

Yes. Selecting a state shows all eligible outlets in that state. Selecting a city narrows the results further.

Is my booking confirmed immediately after WhatsApp opens?

No. The WhatsApp message sends your redemption request. Please wait for the outlet or centre to reply and confirm availability.
